Dancing Monkey Story Time

Dancing Monkey Story Time is a new event we've added this year. During the evening, will be reading selections of the best, the worst, and the funniest fan fiction based on Whedon shows (with challenges in exchange for donations). We may even include some Whedon-inspired music in the mix.

Got a costume? You might want to wear it. In addition to smiles and waves from fellow fans, there could be something brewing of the contest variety.

Can't make it to Lawrence? Well, we're hoping to bring the party to you via a live stream from Mirth Cafe (along with a donation button so you can submit challenges too).

Serenity / Dr. Horrible Movie Screening

Can't Stop The Serenity is an annual event. Each year fans organize screenings of the film Serenity. The money raised at these events goes to benefit Equality Now.

Globally, Can't Stop The Serenity is in its seventh year. In that time, these charity screenings have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for Equality Now. This is the third year for Lawrence to participate, and we look forward to you helping us make it a success.
